1. How do I prepare the surface before applying ceramic coating?
Preparation is the most important step. Follow these steps:
- Wash thoroughly using pH-neutral shampoo.
- Decontaminate with iron remover and clay bar.
- Paint correction process in which do cut & polish to remove swirl marks, light scratches. (optional but recommended).
- Wipe with IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) to remove oils.
- Make sure the surface is completely clean, cool, and dry before coating.
2. How do I apply ceramic coating?
- Take the applicator pad and apply a few drops of coating onto it.
- Work on small sections using a cross-hatch pattern (up-down, left-right).
- Wait for the “flash time” 1-2 minutes depending on temperature.
- Wipe off the excess using a clean microfiber towel.
- Repeat the process panel by panel.
3. How long does the coating take to cure?
- Initial Cure: 12–24 hours (avoid water exposure).
- Full Cure: 5–7 days (avoid washing, chemicals, or pressure washing).
Aftercare & Maintenance
4. How do I maintain ceramic coating?
To keep your coating performing at its best:
- Wash with pH-neutral shampoo only.
- Use a microfiber wash mitt.
- Avoid automatic car washes.
- Apply ceramic booster or top-up every 2–3 months (optional).
- Remove bird droppings or bug splatters immediately.
5. Can I polish or compound a coated car?
Polishing will remove or reduce the coating. If you need to polish, a re-application of the ceramic coating is recommended.
6. Does ceramic coating prevent scratches?
Coatings provide minor scratch resistance, but not complete scratch-proofing. They mainly protect against swirl marks and light abrasions.

7. How much coating do I need for one car?
A 50ml bottle is usually enough for:
- 1 sedan: 30–40ml
- 1 SUV: 40–50ml
- Larger vehicles may need more
8. How should I store ceramic coating?
Keep it in a cool, dark place, tightly sealed. Avoid heat and direct sunlight.
